N:B (i) All specimen can be provided as group specimen for five (5) to ten (10) candidates;
(ii) All specimens in each group must carry individual labels (e.g A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and J in group 1)

(b) It is essential that each candidates should be provided with the following materials;
(i) glass jar cover/petri dish;
(ii) beaker
(iii) dropper
(iv) hand lens/magnifying lens;
(v) scapel/blunt knife
(vi) iodine solution
(vii) sodium hydroxide solution;
(viii) copper (ii) tetraoxosulphate (vi) solution;
(ix) tea spoon;
(x) stop clock/wach
(xi) spatula;
(xii) forceps
(xiii) ink pad containing ink moderately
(xiv) white paper/tissue paper
